My daughter, Cathy, solved some problems we had cutting her bangs. The tiny hairs would bother her when they fell onto her eyelids. I was afraid of poking her eyes with the scissors, and I would make her hold a facecloth over her eyes, but she couldn't see, and with the facecloth in the way, it was difficult to check to see if her bangs were straight. She came up with the idea of wearing swimming goggles, which made the job much easier for both of us.
