Stainless steel cutting blade cuts cooked vegetables, meats, etc. Grinding disc is also metal, not plastic, so this is the most functional baby food mill available. Customers tell us that this food mill works very well because of the quality metal disc and blade system. It quickly disassembles for cleaning; dishwasher safe (top rack). Handy for camping or in restaurants, as well as at home.  Made in Canada.

    So convenient and simple to use.

    I have just ordered this product for a couple of my friends who are expecting soon (and a couple extra just in case). I have a couple of much younger siblings and my mother used this tool with them (lasted through BOTH of them-and is likely still in her basement somewhere). It was probably THE most used baby tool she had! So convenient and simple to use. It was especially great for going out to restaurants etc... Until I discovered this company I was terribly disappointed in the reviews of a couple of the other 2 "popular" models out there and with the one I saw in Toys R Us. They have PLASTIC blades and screens!!!! How useless... And that's what most of the reviews said. My mother's was metal and it was AWESOME.. you could grind steak with that thing! I am excited to get this product and I will TEST one of my extras and get back to you on how well it works! Definitely bookmarking this website for friends!!!!
